My Every Day Carry and Personal Survival Kit

Carried in pockets and Maxpedition H2 hip pouch

In pockets: Lone Wolf T2 with 8ft para-cord lanyard, Surefire E2D, Solo Storm lighter, cell phone, and the watch on wrist with Sunnto Clipper compass

In Maxpedition pouch: Tin, water proof pouch, Gerber multi-tool, stainless steel pen, write in the rain paper, knife sharpener, Blistex (chapstick), 2 spare 123 batteries for flashlight, and one set of ear plugs

Tin box (stash box from smoke shop) 4 1/4" X 3 1/8", bottom polished into mirror, lid has rubber gasket for water protection
Tools: Leatherman Micra, P38 can opener, Jigsaw blade, SAS wire saw
Water: Oven bag, 26 iodine tablets sealed in a drinking straw
Fire: Magnesium-Flint tool, mini Bic lighter, 4 petroleum cotton ball straws, magnifying glass
Sewing kit: 10 assorted threads, 4 buttons, 6 safety pins, 5 medium needles, 1 large needle, 4 pins, needle threader, paper tape measure (all needles are magnetized for makeshift compass)
Fishing: 50ft of 15lb test line, 18 split shot sinkers, 10 #10 gold hooks, 10 #8 hooks, 5 #6 hooks,
1 large gaff hook
Game: 30ft snare wire
Light: Inova LED with 4 modes
Orientation: Button compass
Medications: 2 Benadryl, 2 Tylenol, 2 Ibupropen, 3 Vicoden
Other: 4ft heavy duty aluminum foil, flat packed duct tape, Krazy glue, Moisture absorbent packet


In Water Proof Pouch:
Picture: My girlfriend and I (will to survive)
Money: $40 cash
ID: spare drivers license (flipped over)
Info: Important phone numbers with calling card and list of contents of tin
First Aid: 4 Coverlet band-aids

Thats it, what are your thoughts? Anything missing? Besides a whistle,its on my keychain, and this is not a first aid kit that is seperate.

That is one awesome kit.

Psychological value in carrying that picture is smart.

I would add para cord I didn't see it, sorry if I over looked it.
I love dental floss, It is already compact. It could be used for sewing, fishing line and of course cleaning your teeth.

How much was that case?
 
Got the para cord covered, there is about 8ft in the lanyard on the knife, and another 8ft in my boot laces. Not as much as I would probably want in a survival situation but better than none at all. The maxpedition pouch can be found anywhere form $30-$45. I got mine as a gift.

Wade don't ever show the serial number of paper money. Lots of scammers out there.
