New Polled Damascus Spontoon Hawk

Congrats on the new hawk! She's a beauty

Is there a history behind that particular blade style?
It looks like it'd be a ferocious weapon.

All I know is he told me he is a member here don't know his username. Goes by Primal Form on the bay. The head is wedged like an axe didn't notice until I got it home last night.
 
I just had to look because I thought it might be something you paddled.:rolleyes:

Looks like a classic arrow head shape, so the design is proven to penetrate.
I obviously know nothing about hawks but I think you should get with your local butcher to procure some skulls to field test.:D

They are not my thing, but to me it would be kind of like owning a full auto machine gun. Just because your not going to go out and shoot a bunch of people don't mean you can't have some fun with water jugs.

Hafted blades. Its all good.:)

I think it would make a Jim dandy ice breaker. Once I put a decent edge on it I will use it like I use all my hawks except for light wood processing . And of course if someone is foolish enough to try and break into my house imagine the look on their face if I come screaming down the stairs with that in my hand. ;)
