New post and search results

Good afternoon all - I am inquiring as to the reason some posts are not included when i search for a certain set of words - is there a way to tag individual postings with words so that they appear in the BF search result window when quarried?
 
Not giving me much information to go on dude.
 
Ok - was trying to be general - as this has happened in many searches but this is the latest example i can give - do a search for william henry - I made a posting earlier today on a for sale item - i also made a post last month on another sale item - why does william henry not resolve all instances - especially the latest one?

The generic search function seems to miss newer posts, and doesn't default to a display order I find especially useful -- but switching to advanced search, selecting the "Search threads" tab, and sorting by date order always gives me full results (new posts included). Advanced search also has other useful options, like different sort orders and a choice of forums/sub-forums to search, etc.
 
and this has happened to me many times - why does your search display a different result? Is the search related to a DNS that is local to you?
