Guys,
Was sharpening and cleaning some of my knives when I felt compelled to share a kind of commentary on the evolution of my knife preferences. I did so and posted it in the General Discussion. I tried to copy the link here (but am not sure I did it correctly!)

Either way, of the six blades I genuinely use as my go-to knives two of them are Fiddlebacks and if I am honest, I see that number growing!
Just thought a few of you might want to chime in on it...
