New Posting lights

At the category level all the lights are on as if there are new posts since my last visit. I have deleted my cookie but that hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

If deleting your cookie didn't work, shut down your browser and search for a file called "cookies.txt" and delete it. The file has probably become corrupted, which is why it's no longer showing the right symbols.

Shut down and reboot and search for it again, if it's still there delete it and repeat until it's really gone.

Once it's gone, come back and reset your cookie.

I have a hunch. Click on preferences and look a the Store Username & Password in browser memory for 1 year (otherwise you will have to type your username and password once per browser session) message. Is there no current selection there? If not, select yes. If there was no selection and you made one now, your cookies should work from now on. This happens to me in several forums that I don't visit/post often. Don't know why the cookies go stale though.

The problem is as prevelant if I enter through a main page rather than a bookmark.
