New presentation

Hello my friends, I stand here again. My name is Cristian Silva and I am from Argentina. A few years ago I work full time knifemaking.
Although I have already posted some work I'll be more often here.
I show some of my work and hope you like it.

This is a dagger that I made last year for a client.
It has a damascus blade with gold inlays and carvings. The shell guard, pommel, collar and chassis are made in iron (fosfatized) with silver inlays.
Some old ivory for the handle with carved scrolls and some gold settings ruby.
Wooden scabbard (red velvet lined) with silver inlays iron fittings.

This dagger I did for by commission for a client, with the particularity that my client gave me complete freedom of design and materials. He did not see the piece until the time I will take the dagger to his house. To my joy, he said this is one of the best daggers that he has in his collection, of course it was a great surprise for me !!
