Designed by the Tactical Defense Institute (TDI), the Shark Bite is made in America. The fixed blade Shark Bite is made of Ultramid®, a synthetic material. The blade is 2.625” and the overall length is 5.125”. The Shark Bite comes with a sheath that is also made of Ultramid® and a ball chain to wear around the neck. Weighing in at 0.15lb, the Shark Bite is lightweight, concealable fixed blade option that shines as a backup blade.

How tough is ultramid? Same material as Becker handles right? How is edge retention and sharpening on a synthetic blade?
