New products from Lansky--scroll to the bottom after opening site

I like that sawback machete. It's nice they went with 1095 rather than a mystery stainless.
 
The blades on those look like generic sourced-from-China stuff--especially the kukri blade with those ubiquitous cutouts.
 
I downloaded the 2014 catalog and the kukri is in there but the sawback isn't so I wonder if it got scrapped. Since Lansky lists the kukri as 40.00 (msrp ???) it might make a good beater if it is 1095 and properly heat treated.
