We just got an Australian Shepard 2 weeks ago she's Fantastic in most ways but two major problems
1 everytime we leave she doesn't stop barking even with our daughters there until we come back in the room with her.

2 peeing, take her out every 30 min or every two hours, no matter she goes but within 20 minutes of being back inside she pees either in her crate/bed or the carpet somewhere How can I stop that?

If she pees in her crate the crate is too big!!!
Start taking her out every 20 minutes and stay out until she pees. Take her to the same place. Praise and reward her when she goes.

Well she is a puppy so hopefully you will be able to train this out of her. The peeing in the house is not as big of a issue (in my opinion) as the barking as she will most likely develop her bladder control with age and training. Do not expect your dog to be potty trained quickly. It seems as she might be doing it on purpose though. Read below.

The barking is most likely a sign of separation anxiety which is a huge issue in my opinion. When a dog has separation anxiety like this they all have a way to cope with it. Your dog may just bark all day, but their is a good chance the dog will find other outlets like destroying anything and everything in your house as well as peeing/pooping in the house. Lets hope this is not the case.

You mentioned the dog barking non stop even while your daughter is their and you leave. I see an issue already. If your daughter just lets the dog bark it's already learning it can do what it want's even while someone is their because their is no repercussion. This will make your problem even worse if it continues.

Whatever you teach your dog now will stay with it forever. The key is to be VERY consistent in how you do/train your dog. They learn from constant repetition.

This is all just my opinion of course, but it is from my own experiences with my dogs from puppies as well as experiences with friends raising dogs that I have watched from puppies. Some turned out better than others.

How old is the pup, first of all. Second, the crate is probably too big. No bigger than enough room to stand up and turn around. Many crates come with dividers so you're not buying a crate every two months.

Do not use potty pads in the house, this can be confusing to the dog by making it ok to pee in the house, but only if on something.

A squirt bottle of water is a good way to train a dog. Consistent and IMMEDIATE correction is required. I'd say your first task is to train your daughter, everyone in the dogs life needs to be on the same page with the goals and tasks.

Find its motivation and exploit it, food, toy, affection.

With my puppy husky, I would take him out a lot, also when he pees outside I would get very happy and celebrate, say good boy, give a treat. If he would pee in the house I would grab him and put him outside, or thru the doggy door.

He will catch on, it took till he was about 7 months. Hang in there, be patient, show a lot of love, touch his whole body, feet ears, arms face, this way when he go's to the vet, he won't be aggressive or scared.

If you have the time take him to doggy daycare, this will help him be friendly with other dogs.

Thanks guys, the crate is the Biggest they sell,, But it is divided she can just turn and lay down.
Tried taking her out every 20-25 minutes last night up till bedtime and finally got through the night:) she just made outside at 5am and cut loose, so hopefully she's getting better control.
We'll concentrate on the barking now too
We try a test when me and my wife leaves she starts barking wildly if our daughters ignore her completely or try to give her a toy no difference she just stares at the front door and barks
She will eventually fall asleep still looking at the door. So I don't know 1 take her everywhere we go with one of us or 2 let her bark it out . Only good thing no ones home around our place from 6am till well after 5pm.
I'll do whatever it takes oh I just Love this baby..

I couldn't crate my husky, he barked non stop. So we gave up on that. Most of the time puppies bark for attention. Or anxiety separation, so we just ignore him, and usually stops.

They also sell some of those potty pads that you lay on the floor. They get expensive, but they might help out.
