New purchases :) With storage case

Great news finally received my package,I had been nervously waiting its arrival.

Ive only seen 1 person on blade forums show these,I have no clue how many were made but have been told these were the very last of the 122 nemos.

First one is a BUCK 122 USA complete with box papers dive sheath box is worn quite a bit










second is the BUCK 122 USA INVERTED complete with box papers dive sheath box is in great condition












Im made up with these, Just after the 3 line line buck 124 inverted non serrated now hopefully will have that soon.

Id like to know if anyone else has these to show or idea of how many were made, and why they just have grey micarta instead of the grey black handles on these below.Maybe they came really late on ?

Very nice score! You have got one fantastic 122/124 collection going there Skell. On Sunday's show add a group photo, everyone would like to see a table full of those big knives.

Those are some really good looking knives you got there and I'm glade you posted them early but please post some more pictures this Sunday . And as mentioned above " a group photo would be awesome " :thumbup::thumbup:

Steve, Very handsome knives. I've pinpointed the grey micarta to 1971 and maybe still in early 1972. It follows the Buck pattern. DM
 
Steve those are absolutely gorgeous. I can see why you've gone all in with the 122/124. You've outdone yourself with those. Congratulations!

Ive modified my pelican case 1600 from my buck 110 storage case to store some 124s instead looks pretty good.

Here is my storage case, as you can see it was used for my 110s but now i don't have any as its a expensive case i modified the pick and pluck foam to suit these 124s.







Two layers with more underneath









i have 20 in this case could get a few more.
