I've been away from the bench for several weeks now as I have been constructing my new quench tank. Anyone know where I can get 9000 gallons of used transmission fluid?

I really enjoy people who think bigggggggggggggg. I'd like to see the hammer that goes with this tank.
 
I want to see you raise the temp to 140 degrees... to lessen the chance of the dreaded 'ping!'!!
 
that's easy. we built a snorkle stove back about 20 years ago to heat livestock water in the winter.

My brother and I were playing around and actually got 500 gal of water boiling.
Dad wasn't happy :eek:
 
Looks nice! It's upper 90's here in West Michigan, which means 10000% humidity, too. I could stand to quench some ball stock in your quench tank.
