What a great little knife. I happen to have one of the customs, and this is quite simply smoother! Customs have a lot of aesthetics due to hand finishing work, but functionally this kicks some pretty major butt. You Kershaw guys amaze me. You just keep closing the the gap in the decision process between custom and production. Let's see????... $600, or $100???? hmmmm... I'll let you all make the call.
Great Job Kershaw!

What a neat little blade! Maybe when some cash roles around I could find myself one.....:D

NICE! What are the specs on that beauty?

Unless they've changed since this was published...

Sweet! I don't know how I'm gonna explain it to my wife when I buy one of these...

just look at it! see how awesome it is! lol :D:D

I think the only change is the lack of the wheel-lock clip.

Mine shipped out today! *celebrates*

AAAAHHHHHGGGG!!! I need some damned money. That's it, no more food until I have a RAM!

I'm not worried about my Wife. I'm getting one. I just tell her "Look Woman! I'm getting a new Kershaw, that's the way it is, and there's nothing you can say to change that!!!" Last time I said that, the nurses told me I was only out for two hours. Definitely worth a cool Kershaw.

I'm kidding, my Wife is cool when it comes to guns, and knives, as long as she shops for whatever she wants. It works for me.

Cant wait for a R.A.M.! Nice job Kershaw!

the only thing that appears to have changed is the clip...no wheel lock....thomas mentioned something about it being too much of a nuisance to make a 12 part clip into a production worthy design.

but all in all....who cares this knife is awesome

that's the funniest thing I've ever read on here ;)

That is a nice looking knife, I want one. I had thoughts of getting a MUDD because the HAWK lock intrigued me.
Is the RAM mud proof also? Now, the Sandvik steel - Is it in the class of AUS8 + -? Wait, I have a JYD II and have no problem with the blade. Anyway I must have one.:D
