New Ripcords. Anyone Own One?

Does anybody own and actually use one of the new ripcords with the hard case? i tried one out at new graham last year and was intrigued but not enough to buy it then. search wasnt working for me and i was curious if anyone had a review with pics and such.

My local knife shop owner cut the heck out of himself with one. I really like the design, but if you open the blade with your hand in the wrong spot, you'll see red on two ends...

thats the impression i got. however, the ET has had some similar things said and some people love them.

Been there/Done That! :thumbdn: I just stopped carrying them for sale.

Really seemed more like a gimmick to me.

I have one. Never had a problem with drawing it without cutting myself. Typical Kershaw sharpness and finish (impeccable) and I find the handle to be comfortable as it has no clip, is contoured well, and is acceptably thin. Also, the knife has just about no bladeplay at all (mine developed some with use, however I simply tightened the screws and it lost that bladeplay). I reccomend it.:thumbup:
