Hey All, Anyone else get one of these? They are a 1/4" thick with black and grey micarta scales. They have 4 styles to choose from. I got the curved style. Sheath is thick leather and pretty good also. Hope to test it out soon.
 
Is that the full sized 440C full tang fixed blade? How are the scales attached?

Yes full tang. They have 3 or 4 hollow stainless 1/4" tube pins. Tried to knock them loose but had no luck.
 
It has all the right ingredients and the price point makes it hard to ignore.

How does it feel in your hand in the forward and reverse grips? Is the handle thick enough for a secure grip if your hand is wet?

I am going to do a review on 3 of these knives shortly. I have this curved one and just ordered the bowie and hunter recurve. This thing fits the hand quite well in forward and reverse grip. Does not seem too slick. Hope others that own them speak up. As far as I can tell the best bang for the buck. Blade has not chipped after chopping a 2x4 in half. Not razor sharp afterwards but sharp enough to cut up meat. The leather sheath seems real tough. Looks VERY nice also.
