Here's a photo of one of my latest Sandpipers....

This has a 3 1/2" BG-42 blade, titanium frame, and amber stag-jigged bone overlays. The grooved titanium pivot collar gives you a little something extra to grab onto when taking it out of your pocket.

I hope you enjoy it! :)

Excellent! I love that wharncliffe and the jigged amber bone looks stunning. A look of real quality with top notch fit and finish.

Thanks, Keith! :)

I think bone can add a degree of "warmth" to knives - especially in "earth" and "natural" tones.

Tom,
I've always enjoyed how stout your knives are and how the handle slabs just seem to seal themselves to the handle! Looks like another winner.

That looks so sweet, like all of your knives. And I agree with the "other" Tom on the pivots...

that lathe of mine needs to be put in the fire....

am working on getting one that is not worn out! :)

Thanks, gents!

Most everybody who handled this knife really liked the look and feel of the grooved pivot collar. I machined a whole bunch of them, so I guess I'll have to start putting them on more of my folders. :)
