After having recieved a wonderful 18 inch 40 ounce Bonecutter by Sgt. Khadka, deal of the day in May, I went to work making a new leather scabbard for it.
Just thought I'd share some pics of the project. It goes well with my Colt Walker, like a 19th century zombie-hunter kit. :)

great leather work - I need to make the time to learn and practice that some day

Great job on the sheath. Thats one hell of a blade, and love the pistol.

I cannot make out exactly the construction you used on the sheath though. Did you welt both pieces of leather all the way around to make room for the blade?

Also, I'd like to point out that MODERN Zombie hunters would be well advised to upgrade to a large caliber, semi-auto with high cap magazines to compliment their Khuk. Just sayin.....;)

Nice work and welcome aboard. Having just seen Cowboys and Aliens, I'm digging your old school combo;) Would've been much better for Harrison Ford than the pea shooter he was using!

That's a beautiful set Psyko. Would look great in a sunny rustic den... Nice work on the sheaths.
