New Scales

Yeah so I got some new scales for my recently purchased Bk2. I must say that they are so much better than the factory ones. So a big shout out to Mingecutter for the lightning fast turnaround and pleasurable conversations. Thanks again pal. Bottom line is that if your on the fence about getting these then go for it you won't regret it.

Prety much.

If there is a fitment issue, usually a bit of light sanding to remove the tool marks from the manufacturing process clears it right up.

My BK-2 had a tad bit of rattle out of the box. it came from the blade having some slight play in the factory sheath with the grivory scales.

The Micarta seems to have tightened it up a bit, as the ratte is less than it was, and the stock retention strap fit with no problems, even sandwiching the lanyard under it, unlike some others experiences.

As stated above, YMMV...................
