New schedule - Full Time in the shop until late August

School is now out and I've finished yet another year of teaching at the local college. I seem to spend about 10 hours/week answering emails, taking calls, ordering supplies, etc. (whether I'm full time or part time..yes, it's ironic). So when I only have 22 hrs/week to spend in the shop I don't get anywhere near as much done as when I can spend 30+ hours just on making knives.

Plus, there are changes coming to the shop this year that will make ordering easier, production faster, and quality go up. I'm stoked. I don't like to unnecessarily raise a ruckus...so I'll let the results speak for themselves when the time comes.

Thanks for being a part of Koster Knives and keeping this place alive during the school-year-slumber/hibernation....LOL

Sounds great! BTW, are you going to be working on any WSS knives? I'd love to get my hands on one.

Since you said you could get the stainless in thinner sizes how about a small run of Gen 1 Bushcrafters in 3/31 stainless?

creativeguy - Yes - I have about 20 requests for orders so far, so maybe I'll open up a larger list this time. :thumbup:

hollowdweller - I like the latest rendition in 12c27 way too much. I might be able to make a one-off just for you, though. The new order system I'll be kicking off this summer will allow for custom orders again. wahoo!
