New Schrade knives made in USA?

Schrade brought back the US made Sharpfinger. It’s under $100.

I didn’t want to muddy up the other thread.

Is this real? AFAIK S&W owns Schrade. Are they really making knives here again? Is there a factory? Has anyone handled a new USA made Schrade?

They are calling it The Old Timer Generation Series. 4 knives made in USA. The other 3 are pocket knives.

I have the Bruin lock back and l like it. Good quality, but not up to GEC standards. It’s also not GEC priced! I was going to get them all, but got sidetracked by other bright and shiny things.

The Schrade Generational series has been around for a couple years now. As far as I know they are made by Bear and Son in Alabama.

I also have several newer B&S knives and the quality has been noticeably good. They are the manufacturers of several other name brands, as well.
