Hope this isn't a repeat. I searched and found nothing. I have a 2/7/12 and 3/7/13 large Insingo. The 2013 appears to have newly machined screws! They look sweet. Below, the new screws relative to older ones. The older ones were polished by me:

The new screws fit the look of the machined female bits perfectly. I love 'em!

The old screws were outsourced. CRK now makes their own screws because of the older ones easily stripping and other issues, so that's why they went to making their own.

Gotta say those looks SOOO much better. That was really my only gripe fit and finish wise. The females looked so nice, but males looked pretty bad.

I wonder if they are completely out of the old ones yet. Wanna order some new, but don't want to get stuck with the old ones.

Any idea who specifically I would get the best chance of contacting via email?

CRK is a fairly small company and you'll do well contacting either by phone or email. They're super nice folks. In the past, they've charged for extra screws. They probably still do, but I plan on ordering some up to "upgrade" my 2012 Seb. If someone contacts them first, let us know how it went!

The last time I called, it was like $1 for the male screw and actually quite a bit more for the female screw. A Complete screw set for a sebenza (male and female) was like $27 if I am not mistaken. I could be wrong.

Heather has been lurking around the forum lately, so she may chime in.

Just ordered some. $3 each as stated above. I just asked for the new style machined screws and they knew exactly what I was talking about. Got some CRK grease while I was at it.

They have been producing their own female pins for a while now right?

Wondering if I should just pickup another set of pins as well. I assume they won't look any different from the newer screws.

I want to order new body screw for my unmnuzaan. Does anyone know if they're using the new machined one for the unmumzaan too?
