Lags, Pages not loading, I have to hit refresh multiple times before page loads. Its like the 1990s again...

Spark anyway to speed this thing up??...its horrible..the header loads but often long threads do not load, imbedded pictures are just red x ...and when the site is busy this thing is slow as heck...
