New Shadow III

After reading the CRK newsletter last week I decided that I better experience a one piece. So on Friday night I ordered a Shadow II from KSF and it arrived this afternoon. Thanks to Derrick and his quick turn around time on the order and shipping! Pictures will be posted tomorrow!

Impressions thus far are: WOW!

The Shadow III was my first CRK. I EDC it all through hunting season and its Great. I love the pancake sheath. Great Selection, I KNOW you will be very happy wit it. I like it so much, I bought another one just in case !!!
 
Congrats man. :) Mine should arrive tommorow... I am sure it will be excellent pair together with my Shadow IV.. :)
 
I carry mine anytime I head out into the woods for anything. I have a firestarter, water purification tablets, and tinder inside the handle. I got the single guard version and love it. The original sheath carries great and is comfortable but it is kind of large and can only be carried in one spot. So I got a On Scene kydex sheath that is smaller and more versatile in how it can be carried. The photos are with a small 21 Sebenza, so it is a small handy size, sort of like a RAT-3.






 
these photos next to small sebenza are pushing me over the edge on this one. :)

hmmm... a Shadow III. hmmm...

do you use it as a bush knife?
 
Congratulations on your Shadow III. The Shadow III was my first CRK many years ago and it continues to be one of my favorites !!!
