Ive been wanting a smaller sheath for my Shadow III & I found one with great fit, quality & price, about 10 bucks

Its a Buck 192 sheath. The snap does not need to be undone to remove the knife. The sheath acts as a tube style type.
Dont get me wrong, nothing at all wrong with the pancake sheath that it comes with, its just a personal preference on my part.

Admittedly the construction of the Shadow III sheath is fine. That is now enough mincing words. I do not like the design, however, and have had my knife come out of it. In short, I dislike it!

I and would like to get a new sheath made. Something like the one for the Project I might be nice, but I think I would go the Kydex or Concealex route. I know there are several good makers out there who could do a fine job. Does anyone have some suggestions; considering price too; and while I am wishing, that might already have one so I do not have to send mine away. I believe I would prefer a Kydex/Concealex design that wraps on one side, thus only requiring fasterners on the other, but perhaps that might limit carry options, so I am open to all suggestions.

I would like to get some use out of the knife, and as it stands, I am not using it because of the sheath.

Thank you for any suggestions.
