Hey, I just thought I'd share something from my friend Shane Sibert here in beautiful Oregon... without a doubt, one of the hottest tactical makers out there. Well, he outdid himself this time. Can you imagine a Pocket Rocket with a 5" blade??? Neither couold I, but he took my name idea and so is born the Monster Rocket. Hey, when I picked up my tiny 4" blade model with it, I got a chance to hold this gem and it is truly wicked! and very light to boot. BUT, still, you'll be ashamed to know that I let someone else take it... just too much of a monster for me. Shane's fit, finish and artistry continue to evolve and reach levels that are not expected. His innovation in materials is also great. One again, my hat is off to this guy... he is going to be one of the greats.
 
Yes, I can imagine a folder with a 5" blade. I've seen a few of them over the years. This one is very impressive. I like the way the blade is ground, and it looks like it's built like a tank.
 
THAT is a MONSTER folder!!! So YOU are the one who wanted Shane to build that knife!! I LOVE it, but BOY is it big!! I LOVE Shane's Pocket Rocket's!!
 
No No... the knife is his idea... I just suggested the name and he went with it. I was offered the big one, but I fell in love with the regular one i posted extra pictures of. The one next to monster in the first image. It's really light... or it feels light (the monster that is)
 
I just sent him an email regarding this knife I really like the look of the smaller one.

apparently he's not taking orders on them right now.
