Hey all,
Wanted to post a few pics of a sheath I did for a Calton chopper. About a month ago I got this amazing blade from Joe and just finished up the sheath for it. This is purely a pack or a baldric carry blade, so I did not do any type of belt hang for it. The overall length is 21 inches with a 15 inch blade. This is a beast for sure and will see a lot of work. I made the sheath using 8/9oz double shoulder leather, chocolate color dye, stitched with artificial sinew and waterproofed with Montana pitch blend dressing. I am currently working on the baldric attachment so its not pictured. Hope you all like it.
