Howdy all,
Just wanted to share a little project I did for a fella at a local hunt club. This old Remington was his fathers...he said he dressed his first deer with it 40 years ago. He wanted a new sheath made for it. I wish I took a pic of the knife before I did anything...the handle was dry and funky...soaked it for about a month in baby oil and it looks great!

Speaking from personal experience - Nothing like a hair cut and a new set of clothes to make an old guy look good again.
 
Hey the sheath turned out sweeeeeeeeet and I'll bet he's tickled about seeing an ole friend that looks so well! :thumbup:
