Nice work, I like the stud on the strap. Have you used them much before and if so how's their security when afield?

Great looking sheath Mike, but i should know i've got one of your sheaths for my Busse HHFSH. I'm getting ready to ship another knife to Mike for my second sheath.
He does great work as you can tell by the pics.

Thanks for the kind words guys!

@bluesky.. yes, those "sam Brown" button studs work great .. the kicker is, they are, and I say this delicately., kind of un necessary.. the kydex in the leather really makes for superior retention.. but the strap on this particular sheath is good for added security with that hilt on the Recon Scout. This design is made to be carried either way, left or right handed, vert or horiz as well!

This sheath is mine...
I love the work, and the look. Overall, its awesome.
I dont think the stud is very important, but I like it. What you cant make out in the pics is Mike drilled for both sides on the stud, so I have already moved the stud to the other side, and customized my sheath for my needs. The sheath is modular and it works.
I have others that I want to send to Mike, but I need to generate the funds first. .....soon. Mike, soon.
