Hey guys here a sheath made by a forum member here. He's a really nice guy and his turn around time is quite fast. He makes them in the Martin Swinkles style kydex and leather. These are pics he sent me of the finished product. I sent him my 2008 Se-HHFSH Custom shop Busse Knife, and she is a user knife. He is here in Missouri and communication between us has been very good and quick. If you like this style i suggest you contact him. His name is Michael Volclae and is listed on the knife forum. Well let's get to the good part fella's.

Martin makes some really cool sheaths. Congrats!

I'm sorry it was'nt made by Martin but by a guy named Michael Volclae. Who makes sheaths in the Swinkles style. Who is also quite good at it i might add. He is also willing to add different embellishments if you choose to add them.

Thanks Doug,

doug, that sheath came out really sweet...are you going to use the loop for a ferro rod or for a sharpener??

Do the 3 straps function as a means for horizontal carry, or are they purely aesthetic?

Yes you can use them for horizontal carry. You can wear it at three different height levels too. Also i'm going to add a smaller knife to the sheath in the future.
It'll just bolt right on.

Super nice sheath Bro, Congrats!!!

Thanks Russ can't wait to recieve it and check it out throughly. But i think the overall design is pretty cool. Kydex for strengh and leather for stealth.

Thanks for all the kind words guys!
Remember to check out Martin Swinkels as well.. he is the superior authority on these designs, and the inspiration behind the designs I generate!

Thanks Martin for letting me have a go at these designs!

And thnks to you too D762Nato!! Cant wait to add that second knife to the sheath!

I'd say.

So he's cool with that?

Great looking sheath, in any case.

Sure Martin and Mike talk back and forth about sheaths. Also Mike has the greatest of respect for Martin by talking to Mike he has mentioned that repeatedly. Thanks for the nice comments about the sheath and his work. I really like the way they are made too.

I recieved my new sheath from Mike on saturday and it pretty cool. The HHFSH fits very nice and the sheath compliments it very well. Now i'm in the process of possibly attaching a smaller sheath to it. I'm thinking a sar-3 or skelly. Other than that i'm very pleased with the overall design and build quality.
Thank you Mike for the awesome sheath and looking forward to the next one.;)

Thanks Doug,

I stand corrected! Nice Sheath!
