I talked knife maker Alan Warren into making a sheath for my MS. He usually only makes sheaths for his own knives, but they are so nice that I really wanted one for my MS and he was kind enough to make one for me. What is different with his sheaths, is that for this style, he incorporates a piece of super hard leather that locks the knife into the sheath. The knife snaps into the sheath and locks on the bump on the blade that is just behind the choil. It locks so well that you can hold the sheath upside down and shake the hell out of it and the knife will not fall out. I won't be loosing this knife in the woods. You will notice that he shaped the top of the sheath to match the waved grind on the spline of the knife. And no, he is not taking sheath orders, sorry. But I wanted to share the pics anyway.
