I posted this over at the Benchmade Forum but I really think it should be here as well:

I've just received my two 140HSSR sheaths from Eric at On/Scene Tactical. Definitely the best kydex/concealex work I've ever seen and there ain't no way in HELL that knife will fall out on it's own. Nice reassuring "click" when the knife snaps home too.

I asked him for a standard belt sheath and a specially designed inverted model for my wader harness. I didn't really have a solid idea of what I needed on this one, but he asked a few questions, made a few suggestions and nailed my perfect sheath in one try... and at a price that I can afford.

A blade as good as M2 deserves a sheath of this quality and I highly recommend his work if you're looking for the best in kydex/concealex. Pete was right, his work is top notch.

Thanks Eric!

My F1 in a Normark Concealex sheath will be riding with me when we fly north of the Arctic Circle next Friday.

Man I'm getting cold just thinking about that! You Canadians are hard core tough, I'll give you that much. ;)

I've been really happy with my sheaths by Eric. Ok, I've been thrilled! He really makes an outstanding product and offers a level of customer service to match. Here's a directory with some images I his work sheathing my knives.

Eric's sheaths rarely (if ever) disappoints.
I got one for the CRKT Companion and it's top notch!

I got one for my Recon Tanto today! I love it! :D

Now I need one for my Seal Pup and Buck/Strider!

Hi, Jim. We're heading over to Old Crow. Will make it to your neck of the woods one day, though. We're going up to check on our generating plant there.

I know he makes them for the Busse Combat line and he's also a member of the Swamp Rat Forum so I'd say there's a good chance he could make what you're looking for. Drop him an e-mail and I'm sure he'd be happy to help you out.

I'm sure Eric would reply to you sooner or later, but...
... well, I put my spoon in this soup:
(I hope no harm done.)
Yes, that's the place.
Email is ericn@mnsi.net - or at least used to be.
Haven't mailed him recently.
His work is - as said - top notch.

Warthog,

I was looking for sheath info myself, and he told me he is going to be away for about a week. Be patient, his work is worth the wait.

Alberta Ed,
Anytime you come up to Inuvik, McPherson, or anywhere up here, let me know as I get sent all over the place on a regular basis. I'll hook you up with some caribou and char! Have a good trip.

Thanks for the tip, Jim. I saw something on the site about having to send your knife away to have a sheath made for it...was wondering how long it takes and how much $$$. Will ask when he comes back:)
