I just got this delivered today. It is a linley jig bore/milling machine. It weighs 800lbs but is only 65in high. Variable speed belt drive pulley's, forward and reverse switch and it is 110 volts. I can't wait to start using it. Integral bolster folders, solid handle balisongs, fullers in blades!! I have already started buying tooling.
I just have to figure out how to move it into the basement. :confused:
 
That looks like a good buy if you can get collets for it.:)

A jig borer like that isn't quite as sturdy as a milling machine in the quill dept., but it should work fine for knives. Congrats.
 
i got a better idea than putting it in the basement. you can bring it to my house and put it in my shop.
