Hot off the presses. If Buster isn't the best knifemaker in the world, he certainly has been in the top three for the last 20 years. I just finished Buster and Julie's (she is a world class engraver) web site. The domain name is still being transferred, but here is the link: Warenski Knives

Another gorgeous web site dogman!

And Buster's and Julie's work aint half bad either...

Is there any way to create a gallery of past works and a history of Buster's career? It would be particulary helpful to know the dating of his marks. Seeing some of his utility knives (hunters, skinners) would be great too.

Thanks for sharing.

Para,
The only thing I can tell you is that the only "available" pictures are the ones I used. It would be nice to catalog Buster's extensive portfolio. I do have some personal knife pics, but they did not mesh well with the Point Seven stuff. I will add more pics as they become available, though. What is on the site doesn't even scratch the surface of the work Buster and Julie have done.

No kidding!

Maybe you could get Buster to scan some of his portfolio pics and write a short history. I am very interested in seeing the evolution of his work into the incredible works of art that he like to make now.

Mr Dogman,

Another excellent job. These are not only
great artists but nice people. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Julie and am awaiting a knife from Mr W. (Buster, are you reading this?)

Thanks Dogman. Great job on the site too.
Like Para, I will be found drooling there quite often

.

Going to email you tonight about a couple of friends that could use a little help. They are friends of Buster's and Julie's.

Thanks for the comments, guys. The knives and engraving speak for themselves. I just hung a picture frame around it

Actually, it was very important to me to build a "classy" site to match their work and personalities.

And of course, there was no stress building a site for someone who creates $5000-10,000 pieces of art

It would be a real treat to the knifeloving world if Buster would add his portfolio pictures to the site! You reading this, Buster?
