New Skystorm sheath for my TGLB

Hi everyone, I got a parcel the other day, all the way from the US. It was my awesome new sheath from Skystorm! What great work he does, the knife is a great fit and I love how the retention strap opens all the way up so the knife will not get stuck on it, very clever idea!

Is that shock cord to hold the straps open? That's a pretty neat idea. I have a lot of sheaths with retention straps that are all sliced up.

Skrapmetal, the shock cord system is a fantastic idea that is the patented property of Hedgehog leatherworks and licensed by Skystorm. The old adage "When you have a good idea, protect it" very much applies. :)

That looks really good. Only comment is they need to change that logo, THAT THING IS FREAKING ME OUT.....
 
Very nice looking sheath, and I love the idea of the shock cord pulling the strap open.
 
Very nice pants! That idea with the elastic to hold open the retention strap is genius.

Very nice. Which style sheath is this? Seems as though Skystorm has a large variety to pick from. Really like your choice. Simple yet effective.
 
Nice sheath. Very innovative. I hate it when the retention strap gets in the way of putting the knife back into the sheath.
Especially when the knife is razor sharp.
That solves that problem quite nicely.
