This is a new slippie ny Alistair Phillips (cubane here) he is an Aussie maker.

Specs
01 blade & linerless black micarta
Open: ~170mm
Closed: ~95mm
Edge: ~65mm
Nlade:- 2.4mm
Has washers & half stop. I would rate the walk & talk about 61/2, or 7.
The attention to detail is very good, liner edges smoothed off, spring sits flush. I was suprised to learn after I bought it, that Alistair had only made about 10 or 12 knives & this was in the middle, hopefully a postive sign of things to come.
Alistair wanted me to use it & let him know what I think.
The scales are more black & grey, the blade is starting to match:thumbup:

Mighty cool! Good to hear there is a rising knifemaker in Oz.

Yep we aren't all convicts down here :)

His maker's mark looks pretty cool.

When I was thinking about what to use for my maker's mark I was having all sorts of trouble trying to thinking of a nice one or a logo or something. Then my missus suggested my signature and it fit really well. I think it represents that they are hand made by me and that there is a little bit of me in every knife. That fits pretty well with me.

Thanks for the kind works everyone and I am glad you are enjoying the knife Mitch.

Alistair
