Small but sturdy knife with an open spine leather sheath.

The blade is stainless RWL34, the “scales” are Damasteel, rest of the handle is Whale cheek bone, with a fileworked bronze liner.

Overall length is about 7 1/4” (185mm) with a 3 1/2” (90mm) blade, width of the spine of blade is about 7mm.

Any and all comments are as allways most welcome!

Regards
/Magnus

A beautiful piece of art. Truly one of the nicest knives I have ever seen. The handle and sheath are awe inspiring.

oh man, is that ever sweet! Such great lines and combination of materials. You make the most wonderful cutlery, my friend :)

Always impressed with the design and creativity that goes into your work Magnus. Really sets it apart from everyone else.

Not sure what's more spectacular, the knife itself or the fact that it was made by a man named Magnus Axelson!

Wow. One of the most original design I have ever seen. Very pure, with a magic balance of lines and curves, high quality steel and natural material making like an optic illusion : when you look this knife, you are like trapped ; you can't move your eyes of something else.
Add on top of that the attention to a ton of details in the knife and the sheath and you get a dream of perfection.
Magnus, you just make my life harder now : i'll have to follow up daily your craftmanshift, dream of your knives, and ...try to get one. Congrats

Hi,
Me again. Just had a look on your website. Now i realize I already admire your creations since a while. But so far without the idea your knives could be in the range of what i could afford, because very very class. This last one lets me realize you make also smaller pieces, as beutiful as your biggers. The chase for one is open!

Love everything about this one. The file worked bronze on the whale cheek really ties this together! Looks like teeth from the different angles. Very cool.

To look at a piece of art and instantly be able to identify it's maker is a very impressive and enviable skill indeed. Well done and very cool.
