This is a scaled down version of the WST (wilderness survival tool) that I make. It has a 4 1/2" blade rather then the normal 6 1/4". It's 1 3/4" wide, 1/4" thick.

Now that is a knife that looks like it could go anywhere and do anything! Tough looking blade.

Thanks guys. Ironwood is such a spectacular wood. I've used alot of it and it never ceases to amaze me. The grain is outstanding.

Thanks again. I like this size for all around use. I made up one in 3/16" thickness with green/black micarta to try out.

Scott,
thanks for posting pics. Now I have another knife to wish for. Both look like real hard use wilderness knives. Great work as always Scott!

Scott..., if that one is on the way to Wes, he is a lucky man!!! I've got to figure out some way to talk him out of it!!!!!:D

Scoot I really like this one. Both the big and small versions. You tried the smaller one on game. Been thinking of breaking down and getting a big knife from you maybee this is it.

I haven't had the opportunity to put it to use yet. It should work well on game, especially skinning.

I got to handle this on elast weekend and I must say, that ironwood handle Scott did was downright sexy it was sos curvaceous

They all look great Scott ! I notice that you have done away with the second finger hold on the new models, did ya find the first version was too agressive ?

Thanks again guys. pit it is still there just not as sharp a curve. Alittle easier on the hand.
