Hope everyone is doing well. Just picked this up from Mike about a week ago and thought I would share a few pics. Fit and finish is above and beyond as always. The Mike Norris damascus really shines through thanks to Mike's beautiful grinds.

Thanks for looking. :)

Here's the Overlord with a rare knife called Snake Eyes, an old School Snody circa 1999. The handle is micarta with ivory inserts. :)

Hmm... The first and last cut-outs look wrong. Am I missing something?

Yea, there's a grind in the middle that effects that first and last serration. It's hard to capture all the different grinds in this blade, but you can start to get an idea if you look at the damascus patterns.

Here's a better pic of the grinds that Mike took before he wrapped the handle. :)

Oh, I see. I understand that this is not a grinding error. It is however, a design and / or planning error, IMHO.

Nice! Then again, what knife passes through Mikes hands/shop and doesn't end up drawing Ooohh's and Ahhh's?

If I might make a suggestion though...

Take that AK out and get it dirty. Put some wear marks on it for Pete's sake. A good battle rifle needs some character marks :D:p

Thanks bro!!! :)

Sorry about the AK.....I have only had it a little over 6 months and only managed to put about 2500 rounds through it. :D

Here's another pick of my Snody Snake Eyes. He made this back in 1999 when he first started making knives. It has real ivory inserts and a lot of character IMO. :)

Thanks again for looking. :)
