Can somebody please explain to me what the hell "tactical chopsticks" are and why andybody would need them? If you want to call them "designer" or "custom" that would make sense, but "tactical?" I thought tactical implies:

"Of, relating to, used in, or involving military or naval operations that are smaller, closer to base, and of less long-term significance than strategic operations."

Why would chopsticks need to be fit for military use before somebody would buy them? What's next? A tactical water bottle? A tactical sippy cup for your child? A tactical balloon?

Watch out Snody, you'll poke an eye out.:D As for explaining the sticks, it's kind of like a Harley Davidson. If you understand no explanation is necessary. If you don't, no explanation is possible.

Johnny

I'm in for the tactical balloon. The chopsticks are sweet, but my wife would probably throw them away with the remainder of the meal accidentally.

Wetwork in a secure area?
I prefer my "Tactical pencil" but the chopsticks are nice.

I just can't see any reason for chopsticks beyond eating food. And I don't see why a utensil needs to be bullet proof and able survive a nuclear holocaust.

Unless tactical means something other than it's dictionary definition, as in "designer" or "custom." But I think companies slap the word tactical on everything because it sells. And people buy knives and flashlights because they are "tactical" which implies they can stand up to harsh abuse and apocolyptic scenarios.

give me a possible scenario where you NEED tactical chopsticks. I mean, in response to Snody, I think they are geniuses for developing this product. Because mall ninjas are going to eat it up and pay way too much for something they could swipe from a sushi bar.

Thanks for your opinion on these tactical chopsticks. If you don't ever get to leave your 1,000 acre ranch, I agree, these are useless. But in this world where you can't take any kind of weapons anywhere....these are brilliant. If I can't carry my H&K USP .45 with me, these F22 Raptor Carbon Fiber Chopsticks along with my pepper foam will at least give me something to defend myself with.

I don't think you can get these anywhere else in the world except from Mike Snody. And those Japanese handmade skulls are unbelievable in detail. What a great package!!

Hey Johnny!!!

Whats Shaking???

Thanks for taking time to post, brilliant analogy......great explanation.

They are pointy, Tactical Chopsticks need to possess the ability to readily penetrate fleshy targets.

You know like Ceviche, Sashimi, Sushi and the occasional Terrorist..

Take Care!

I hear you man........the Tactical Pencil has long been a mainstay in my ultra discreet bag of tricks.

Under the Radar!!!!!

Thanks for the post!

There nice  kind of make my nobashi chopsticks seem bit limp :D

Hypothetically speaking (given your member status;)), how much are these bad boys ? how available are they ?

I would like to buy a set, but I am afraid that if I tuck them into my tactical jock strap I might poke myself in one of my tactical........

All kidding aside, I use chop sticks, and it would seem to me that texture on the tips of the sticks would actually make them much more efficient and easier to use.

I must admit that the term "tactical" seems a bit much, but they are cool anyway.

To try to clear it up a little, an object is tactical when it is used to your advantage against an opponent.Nothing like a tactical cup of McDonalds coffee in an opponents face.

Your right!!

That Mc D's brew at about 2000 degrees will get their attention.

The problem is I drink Starbucks or should I say "five bucks".

That would get expensive if I used my Venti White Chocalate Mocha everytime I needed a Tactical Tool.

Here is the definition I use, its from the dictionary.

2. characterized by skillful tactics or adroit maneuvering or procedure: tactical movements.
3. of or pertaining to a maneuver or plan of action designed as an expedient toward gaining a desired end or temporary advantage.
4. expedient; calculated.
5. prudent; politic

Eating with Tactical Chopsticks requires Skillful Tactics.

Dont believe me..... just watch a group of Guy Jeans at the Sushi Bar sometime.

Thanks for the post.

Thanks for the post!

Much Appreciated.

The Tactical Chopsticks start out as sheets of F22 Raptor Carbon Fiber.

Regarding Safety and Consumable Life F22 Raptor Carbon Fiber is challenging to work with.

The material is currently unobtainable on the open market.

I cut them into strips, taper and hand sand them to 1500 grit.

Completely handcrafted in my South Texas Knifemaking Studio.

They feel like the inside of a crock pot, very slick.

I build them in small batches and they are all presold with a waiting list for future production.

My friend Mr Noro in Seki City Japan creates these outstanding Sterling Silver Karma Skulls specifically for SnodyLand and his attention to detail is just incredible

They are very labor intensive, unique and only available from SnodyLand.

The cost reflects the above factors.

Money$$$$$$$$$$

They are not for everyone.

If you want more information please email me at SnodyKnives@yahoo.com

Thanks for posting and thanks for your interest!!!

Much Appreciated!!!
