I just wanted to let everyone here know that we have just made a couple announcements.

First being that we just did a refresh on the SOG website at sogknives.com. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Second we are also announcing t our new spokesperson - R Lee Ermey aka The Gunny. Read the full press release here.

We are very excited about this and think it is the start of something big for SOG.

You guys are located less than an hour and a ferry ride from me. I don't yet own a SOG but I hear good reports. I'll have to go over to your factory sometime and check out your store.

Boat builders and boatyard workers in my town carry your multi-tools and like them.

Nice looking website. The indexing system is laid out well.

I really like the new website and the GUNNY as spokesman that is awesome. I will admit other brands have started to pull me away from my SOG's but this just brings me back. My next knife pruchase will definetly be a SOG. This is great news for veterans like me and says alot for SOGs appreciation for military personnel. :thumbup:For SOG

Everyone (well, everyone who matters) likes Lee Ermey. Thats a nice score, for both him and SOG.

Simply Incredible!
i always figured "Gunny" to be k-bar all the way.
but now that he's seconded to SOG... would be a treat to see "our" Gunny with a CISO Sog Knife held firmly between his set of flashing white teeth.
'urrah!
Way to go Gunny!
and welcome to SOG.

The new site is easier to use. I especially like the spec sheet on the same page as the knife description. Makes it easy to get the full picture of each knife. The green hue is cool, too. As for R Lee Ermey, that's a huge win for SOG. He's come a long way since his Boys in Company C, Full Metal Jacket, and Apocalypse Now days.

Gunny! Dear lord, tell me he's going to be at Blade with you guys! That man is my hero. If he needs an assistant, I'm THERE!

Obviously we are excited about this and looking forward to next year. I am not sure if Gunny will be at Blade show but if he does end up coming I'll let everyone know.

I like the new website Chris, not as many clicks to get to the info. Good choice on the spokesman as well, reminds me of my uncle.:)

the changes are noce..subtle without rearranging everything, well done.

As for 'Gunny' I have no idea who this man is or what he brings to cause the obvious excitement LOL Glad others know him but for me I'm scratching my head....

Looks good for the camera....here's tipping my hat to him, he's already accomplished more than I could have ever done for SOG :D

You've never heard of mail call????

Check out a show on the History Channel called Locked & Loaded. Comes on Friday nights at 10 I think.

Really cool guy and I always enjoy watching his shows. Keeps things interesting and informative at the same time.

Congrats to SOG and Gunny! Definitely a good move.

hey! me likes the sound of that - a "Glock SOG" Gunny.
3 cheers for the meanest baddest "Glock SOG" Gunny in the valley.
