Without scouring through old threads and SK updates, I know someone may have this answer and if so could answer this quickly but wanted to know if the new 3.5s will also have the D3V HT to include those we ordered back in early 2015 Starter program? I know its been mentioned that all newer runs are coming out with it but not sure if those from the original Starters were going to include it. It was offered during the Starter 4.7s which did not include it so assuming they may not include it but sure the correct answer is out there.
 
scout1sg scout1sg I think you have it right. The new 3.5s WILL have the newest delta heat treated 3v steel.

It doesn't matter so much when models were introduced, but more when they START production. Delta 3v was talked about during the time of the 4.7s, but as I understood it the 4.7s were in or near production and the delta wasn't ready to implement. All CPM 3v we see from SURVIVE! henceforth will be delta heat treated.
