What does the app do?

As I recall, the old app was just a way to just view Spyderco's product line w/o any other functionality.

The new version allows you to place & view orders and allows you to connect to Spyderco's presence on various social media platforms but does not directly link the app to the Spyderco Forums, which is the only other thing I'd be interested in. FWIW, Spyderco.com also does not link directly to the Spyderco Forums.

So, I've already uninstalled the new app because I really don't need it. Simpler for me to just log into Spyderco and/or the Forums online.

Oooh, a slick new app! This will help Spyderco announce models and sprints seventeen to ninety seven months prior to the knives actually hitting the market. Wait, they already do that.
