That knife is fake, you just got scammed brotha', I highly suggest you start getting in the process of filing a lawsuit as soon as possible. I mean it. Now. Call your lawyer. Get an attorney while you're at it too.
All jokes aside it looks fine to me, and not only fine, the fit and finish is amazing. My Military came all dinged-up, G-10 was rough in the edges, uneven bevel... took awhile to get it fixed up. Also, i've mentioned this before, but we really need an "Is my knife real?" sub-forum.

Yes, all USA made Spydies have Golden, Colorado U.S.A. Earth on them.
