New Spydie Atlantic Salt C89?

Hello my friends,

I was looking at the Spyderco website to the Atlantic Salt and it look likes there is a updated C89.

Is this correct? Here some photo. Someone that already has this new model with the hole in the handle?

Really want this knife for my job at sea.

It's a shackle key / drying vent. There was a discussion on these last fall I believe. It's legit.
 
i just picked one up as a gift.
i still have it in my possession.
what would you like to know?
