Went to local gun show today, I have been on a ZT kick in the last few months but this guy had lots of spydie's which I carried exclusively for 20 yrs. Well I played with a PM2, which I was going to buy when I spotted a tenacious. I know its made in commie land but dang, IMO I thought the tenacious was every bit as good in fit and finish as the Para2, blade centered, smooth open and close, great lockup. I couldnt get used to that comp lock on the PM2, plus the tenacious is just a little more pocket friendly, and for what I will be using it for and the 30 bucks I paid for it, I thought was a real bargain for a spydie. Don't know how the steel will hold up but for that price who cares.

I love my Tenacious. It sharpens well, one of my sharpest. Pretty hard to beat for $30.00 bucks. Be careful with the torx screws on the clip they strip very easy.

Thanks guys,

How is the steel on this knife compared to others? I assume it will not rust? I am not a steel aficionado, but yea at 30 bucks it was a heck of a buy. Will it sharpen good? I just shaved my arm with it and whittled a hair! This thing is crazy sharp.

I don't see how you could do any better in the spydie line of knives for this kind of money. The native g10 was $150, but I couldn' justify that much more money for s35vn steel!

Am I wrong?
