New steel for the family

The four of us got new blades this year. I got the 'chax, the hen got a 15, the oldest got a 9, and the youngest got a 10.

Thanks, guys. We're all enjoying them. The hen already got bit by her 15. Equivalent of a paper cut.
 
Thanks, guys. And Dunkem, we're not too bad looking. We're taking a family hike tomorrow in the smokies. I'll post up some pics. And yes, there will be users.
 
Congrats! I also got bit by the bk5; that trailing point takes a little getting used to and deserves respect. My bk5 & 15 performed admirably carving Christmas dinner.

Thanks, Dex. You had a hand in that. The youngest really likes his 10, and the stainless looks mighty perty on my 4.

Hike, and user pics are coming. We went for a short hike to Laural Falls (2.6 m in the Smokies), because after battling traffic it was all we had time for. There were sheeple everywhere, so no users. Hope to get some in the coming days.
 
Btw, I tweeted that pic to Ka-Bar with some graphics on it, and it was trending earlier today.

I should be thanking you too, E. We are enjoying these blades very much, outdoors, together. They are bringing us quality time together, and that means a lot. I wouldn't trade these times for anything. Again, you're welcome, but a big thanks right back to you.
