New Strider.

I just bought a brand new SMF "marsoc" with the tiger stripe blade for $381. How did I do on price? Every online store I looked at they were all above $450. This is my first Strider.

I won it on Ebay. It looks flawless in the pictures and the seller says it's brand new. I have aquired quite a few amazing knives for great prices on Ebay lately.

Well.. is it a standard SMF or one with "MARSOC" and a serial number engraved on the Ti side?

There isn't a serial number on it so I'm assuming it's pretty much a standard SMF.

Some retailers call any SMF a "MARSOC" folder.

You did good on a new one. Strider price fixes with their Dealers so the usual price for a SMF is $475 plus shipping. You did pretty good.:thumbup: Plus you started with an excellent model too. The SMF is a great design.:thumbup:
