Hey guys, I recently joined this site and look forward to being a regular member. I'm a very active member of the Subaru community (Nasioc - same username) with over 17,000 posts. I'm in the Putnam/Westchester area of New York. I grew up hunting and fishing for the past 15+ years with my father and younger brother and have owned numerous Buck's and Kershaws folders (Leek, Scallion, Whirlwind) and currently use the Leek for EDC.
I've recently regained my interest in knives and would like to pick up a few additions. I'm interested in picking up a fixed blade (likely the Benchmade Nivarus Cub II) for general field use and light hunting and a small black folder for EDC.
I look forward to talking you on the forums and meeting some of you locals at nearby knife/gun shows.
