This is the new Modified Bowie XD XL. 14" overall, with a 9" blade, of 1/4" thick O1 steel. I`m pretty sure it can handle most anything.

yeah, that should do the job. I'd like to see a small hilt, or guard on one like that though.

I agree, nice work, John. That blade shape and length are very nice and are a great combination. I like the handle length and thumb ramp, also. I would prefer at least a small guard on the edge side, but that's personal preference. Well done, and O1 is a great steel.
