New SUSA1

Saw a red pick bone SUSA1 tonight in the store. The price is confusing but the associate said they were made in the US not China. This one was one of 400. Are these real schrades made out of parts or something new that Taylor is making up?

Mike, take a look at the link, this is to the SMKW web site, I think this is the knife in question.. They are made in the USA under license from Taylor Cutlery, manufactured by Great Eastern Cutlery of Titusville PA. In their own right very good knives!

Yes, that's it. Thanks for the reply. I kind of liked it but didn't want to go that price if it was some junk they were marketing. Don't know about Taylor but I remembered Schrade were really good knives and figured you folks would know over here in this forum. Thanks again.
