Hey everyone. Thought I'd share a lovely addition to my collection today. Mineral Mountain Hatchet Works (Ted Frizzell) Recurve Short Sword. 18" cutting edge, 29" overall, 2" wide at its widest point, 1/4" thick 5160 High Carbon Steel. Differentially hardened, oil quenched, the finish is a Black Parkerization. Antiqued Grey steel guard and pommel, Super dark Green resin soaked para-cord wrapped handle, Two part Kydex sheath. Ted makes some hardcore blades. They always have a raw forged look to them. They are no frills ALL action. I feel fortunate to get one of his swords. Especially one that is unique. This thing is a man killer. I'm excited to own this beast.
